Business is usually about offering someone a product or service that they feel is worth paying you for, simple. And the fact is, the actual size of the business has no real bearing on the success of failure of the venture. The successful development of a product or service is more likely determined by; innovation, the use of well informed market intelligence and the application of design.

In this workshop we will be considering how these key elements are fundamental in the design of a product, the provision of a commercial service and the development of a successful brand.
