The  Swansea team has been shortlisted for the Outstanding Student Services Team  Award in the THE Leadership and Management Awards 2013. The awards recognise the dedication, skill and determination of staff working to drive their institutions forward at an unpredictable and often challenging time.

The winners of the 15 categories will be announced at a glittering ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on 20 June.

Sarah Huws-Davies, Director of Student Services said: “ I am pleased that the THE supports these awards which recognise the dedication of staff working in the Higher Education sector.   The entries are always of an exceptionally high standard and to be shortlisted is a significant achievement. I’m really proud of all the staff and the excellent services they provide. I’m sure that the whole of Swansea University will be  supporting us on the award night and cheering us on.”
